‘Owner of ‘Mitch Fit’, and Head Trainer at Gym It
I was first introduced to strength and conditioning training at CrossFit at 12 years old. I fell in love with training and from there my passion grew.
Helping others has always been something I enjoy, that mixed with my love for training led me to become a Personal Trainer. I have been a trainer now for 4 years and completed my certification in Nutrition 12mths ago. In my time as a trainer, I have been lucky enough to work with a large variety of great humans. From athletes and elderly to everyday people.
Personally, I have spent over 4 years down at Sturt in the SANFL program and have played football for the best part of 12 years, I am still currently active in local sports playing for Langhorne Creek Football Club A grade side. Throughout my life I have played a variety of sports including cricket, basketball, volleyball and CrossFit competitions. This history has transcended into my ability to coach.
I pride myself and my business on building relationships and teaching. When you are a part of MitchFit you are a part of something greater than just a personal training service. I teach people and give them the tools and knowledge of the gym, so they do not have to be reliant on others.

NICK KENNETT

Nick has worked in and out of the Fitness Industry since 2011, and in that time has witnessed the nerves and anxiety that many people have about training in a gym. Because of this he is passionate about helping and teaching people how to become comfortable and confident in a gym environment.
As a Personal Trainer, Nick understands that there is more to a transformation than “just working out”.
For many there is a lot of mental and emotional work that must be done to create a lasting change, and this is something he looks forward to helping his clients achieve at Gym It. His goal is not only to educate his clients on safe training techniques, whilst helping them build confidence in their bodies abilities, but also to equip them with the knowledge and confidence to train on any gym floor no matter where they are.
As a Personal Trainer, Nick is available for 1:1 training and 2:1 training sessions.

Hi, I’m Danni — owner of PT with Danni and one of the Personal Trainers here at Gym It
My passion for fitness started with my own journey. In 2020, I joined the Body Shaper program, lost 13kg, and turned my 14-year dream of becoming a Personal Trainer into a reality. I know exactly what it feels like to start from scratch, to feel unsure, and to wonder if you really belong in the gym — and that’s why I’m so passionate about helping others find their feet and their confidence.
I specialise in helping you build confidence within yourself and in the gym. My goal is to make every session a positive, empowering experience, where you feel supported, motivated, and capable every step of the way. Nothing drives me more than seeing clients grow stronger, feel more confident, and realise what they’re truly capable of.
