Hannah and Mandi are both pregnant with their 2nd babies and both have consistently weight trained throughout their pregnancies.

Each had different experiences with their first pregnancies, from mental health to weight gain and high risk pregnancies.

Now at 33 & 35 weeks, we sat down to talk about their experiences and their advice to other mums who are planning a pregnancy.
