Covid-19 is turning our lives upside down and now more then ever it’s important to keep moving and stay fit and active.
Not just for the physical benefits but for the mental benefits of it aswell
The current situation is challenging all of us mentally.
Exercising releases endorphins which are our happy feel good hormones.
