15kg Lighter; 70cm Smaller & she’s just getting started

It’s been almost a year since Sarah walked into the studio.

Shoulders rolled forward, dark rimmed eyes darting everywhere looking for an escape route. It was the first time she’d been in a gym and she was petrified.

She knew she desperately wanted to change, but she didn’t know if this was the right thing; the thing that would really help her change.

For years she had tried the diets, the detoxes & the shakes that guaranteed results. Sometime’s she would lose weight, but then she’d get bored with the food or things would start to get harder and she’d give up.

She’d give up on her diet and she would give up on herself; because that option seemed easier. But it always ended with her gaining back the weight and her confidence dropping even further.

So when we met she understandably had doubts about her ability to see another weight loss attempt through.

See to be successful at weight loss there are 3 important things that need to happen and be present.

  1. You need to understand nutrition
  2. You need to exercise
  3. You need accountability

Every attempt Sarah had made in the past was missing at least one of these components. More often it was missing two.

So with that in mind she joined the Ultimate Transformation Program at the beginning of 2019

For the last 9 months Sarah has attended ;

  • 2 x 1 hour Body Shaper Sessions a week
  • 1-2 x 25min Cardio Sessions a week
  • And she has slowly been addressing her food and the habits that surround her choices or lack of choices.

She trains for a less than 3 hours per week and has lost over 15kg of Body Fat & a massive 70cm has been lost from her body.

In no way has Sarah been perfect with her food either.

She’s still eaten takeaway & enjoyed birthday cake and special events but she’s continued to work on improving. She understands that she is changing a life time of bad habits and negative mind set and that is going to take time . So she slowly keeps working away as best she can on the things that will help her progress to the next point.

So what’s the difference between now and her past attempts?

She has all 3 components in place;

  1. Nutrition
  2. Exercise
  3. Accountability
